A meeting was held between Muhammad Humair Karim, Secretary, Economic Affairs Division (EAD)/ Pakistan’s Acting Governor to Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) Board of Governors, with CEO, ITFC , Eng. Adeeb Yousuf Al Aama during the IsDB Group Annual Meetings in Baku.

A meeting was held between Muhammad Humair Karim, Secretary, Economic Affairs Division (EAD)/ Pakistan’s Acting Governor to Islamic Development Bank (ISDB) Board of Governors, with CEO, ITFC , Eng. Adeeb Yousuf Al Aama during the IsDB Group Annual Meetings in Baku.

Secretary EAD thanked the ITFC for always supporting Pakistan through significant financing support. The meeting reviewed Pakistan's strong performance under ITFC oil financing, its positive market perception, and its standing as one of the largest beneficiaries of ITFC financing facilities.

Discussions also covered a structured export development plan aligned with Uraan Pakistan, encompassing ITFC partnership for private sector development, engagement with Pakistan EXIM Bank, and a 3–5 year ITFC financing framework under the Multiyear Country Partnership Strategy (MCPS). 

Technical assistance and capacity building were also on the agenda, aimed at strengthening trade, export competitiveness, and institutional readiness.
