Discussions focused on strengthening Pakistan–Kuwait Fund development cooperation, including potential support for key railway sector projects, drawing on Kuwait Fund’s experience in railway infrastructure financing, enhancing Pakistan’s water storage capacity, support to digital infrastructure etc. 

Both sides explored enhancing Pakistan’s access to development financing provided by Kuwait fund. Secretary EAD emphasized that regional peace and stability can unlock transformative opportunities in connectivity, trade, and infrastructure development.
